Melissa helped us with our design, renovation and decorating of our home. It was a pleasure working with Melissa. She was very knowledgeable in all areas (building codes, suppliers for materials and decor, CAD drawings) She was always organized and stayed in touch with us regarding all aspects of the project. She has an incredible attention to detail. Melissa created a stylish, beautiful and comfortable home for our family. It is the perfect home for entertaining from the open plan kitchen and family room to the wine room. The powder room wallpaper is a favourite along with the custom family room sectional. Melissa was referred to me by a co-worker who had used her for extensive renovations in her home… from wine cellar, to bathrooms, to couches and more. My need was just to have a custom sectional fabricated which I had been thinking of for a long time for my family room. From the first moment I was certain that I had the right person for the job. Melissa listened very well to my required details and we brainstormed a few ideas. She soon returned with 3 VERY DETAILED digital sketches set in 3 D within my own digital family room that really impressed me. To see that detail within the setting at hand was key. I simply picked one of the 3 designs and met her at a studio to touch and select the fabric. The sofa was delivered ahead of schedule and Melissa was present at the delivery and returned a week later for a minor tweak (a matter that was out of her control) and as well reviewed after care instructions in detail. I am also very happy with the fees she was able to negotiate on my behalf with the manufacturer and found her professional fees to be very fair as well. I look forward to working more with her in my home and business now that I know who she is and what she can do for me.

We have recently hired Innovart Design for a full makeover of our 3-bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto, including: Kitchen, bathrooms, living and dining. I hired InnovArt Design to help me locate a chair that I fell in love within London, England. It was upon describing this chair to Melissa that she took the project on with a challenge to find it for me here in Toronto.
